Forest Carbon Partnership Facilities Phase II provides grant to three government institutions to enhance subnational capacity in integrating natural resource management planning for REDD+. While enhancing capacity on addressing forest drivers, the projects will also explore how safeguards and gender are mainstreamed and enhanced through each REDD+ activities. The implementation period starts from mid 2019 – end of 2020. The LoAs have been signed with:
- General Department of Administration for Nature Conservation and Protection. Project site: Kulen Mountain, Siem Reap Province
- Forestry Administration. Project site: Samroung Partnership Forest, Pursat Province
- Fishery Administration. Project site: Sor Sor Sdom commune, Pouk District, Siem Reap Province
